This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to services provided by SetBharatBiz Corporation LLP (“SetBharatbiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through its website, www.setbharatbiz.com, which operates as a technology aggregator and techno-legal platform connecting clients with a network of experts
General Terms
SetBharatBiz strives to provide satisfactory services. However, the outcome is subject to various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government processes, quality of documentation, and compliance.
- No guarantees of specific outcomes or performance are provided.
- Government delays, penalties, or rejections beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund Cases A full refund will be issued under the following circumstances: - Cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order or payment, provided work on the order has not commenced or been assigned to an expert. - Errors in placing an order, including accidental multiple payments or overpayment, will result in the refund of the excess amount.
Partial Refund Cases A partial refund may apply in these situations - If services cannot be provided due to the client’s ineligibility or failure to provide required documents, 25% handling charges will be deducted. - Cancellation requests submitted after 4 hours will incur a minimum deduction of 25% to cover costs, subject to management’s discretion. - If experts in the network are unable to provide services after 30 days, a refund will be issued minus 25% for expenses.
No Refund Cases No refund will be provided in the following cases
- Failure to submit required documents, qualifications, or information necessary for services.
- Non-response to communication (email, calls, or WhatsApp) within 7 days, leading to order cancellation.
- Once the order has been assigned to experts within the network.
Orders placed by unregistered legal professionals, middlemen, or agents in violation of platform principles.
- Changes in law or regulations rendering the requested services unfeasible.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or the bank account of the order entity.
- Refunds to third parties will not be entertained.
- Refunds will take a minimum of 15 days from management’s approval to process.
Escalation Matrix
Level 1: Email your request to info@setbharatbiz.com for cancellation or refund. Decisions may take up to 7 days.
Level 2: If dissatisfied, escalate to the grievance officer at Info@setbharatbiz.com. This level may take up to 7 working days.
Dispute Settlement
-Any disputes will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
- The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 does not apply to cancellation or refund-related disputes
Amendments
